The Diocese of Raleigh offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all clergy, regular full-time, regular part-time, and part-time employees. This program is provided by AllOne Health through Reliance Matrix and offers support to eligible employees and their families for help in matters such as counseling, financial expertise, convenience resources, and legal consultations.

Any covered employee or family member may request EAP services through the following options:
For immediate or urgent needs (including crisis counseling): Call 855-RSL-HELP (855-775-4357)
(The full company name and the member’s full name are required when requesting support.)
- For non-urgent requests for mental health counseling or life management referrals (legal, financial consultation, child/elder/pet care, or housing referrals): Contact the EAP via phone, the Mobile App, or online through the Member Portal.
