Se acerca el tiempo de cuaresma y, como catequistas del proceso RICA, debemos estar informados de los ritos que se realizan en este tiempo litúrgico, especialmente con los catecúmenos.
The Office of Child &Youth Protection will host a training in recognizing and reporting child abuse and neglect. This is the safe environment training that is required for all clergy, employees and those in leadership positions with children and youth. This session is for either initial safe environment training or for those needing the 5-year renewal.

Este programa, acerca de un ambiente seguro, es requerido para todo el clero, los empleados y aquellos en cargos de liderazgo que trabajan con niños y jóvenes. Esta capacitación es tanto para aquellos que la hacen por primera vez, como para los que necesitan la actualización de los 5 años.

Education day for clergy begins with hospitality at 9:30 am and the sessions begin at 10:00 am. The event will conclude with lunch at 12:30 pm.

Come and See gathering to introduce what Magnificat Ministry for Catholic Women has to offer. We will have praise and worship, refreshments. No fee.
As a way to help educate parishioners in their knowledge as faithful stewards of the Lord’s gifts, the Foundation of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Raleigh is offering another estate planning webinar. The webinar will be led by Foundation staff and a local estate planning attorney, providing an excellent opportunity for parishioners to learn more about what personal planning is and what it involves.
The monthly priesthood discernment group meeting is a great opportunity to meet other guys who are in discernment and learn about the process.
The meetings are led by Promoter of Vocations, Fr. Jim Magee, on the 2nd Saturday each month and begins at 9am with Mass and then moves to a conversation on specified topic. We will conclude at 11:30am with Midday prayer followed by lunch.
