Are you a parent? Someone who works with youth? Interested in learning more about recognizing mental health issues in young people? Saint Raphael's Caring Ministry is hosting an adults-only informative seminar about Youth Mental Health in the Social Media Age, presented by Dr. Marianne Mitchell, EdD, a licensed educational psychologist, certified youth mental health first aid trainer, and the chair of the Mental Health Ministry at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Chapel Hill, NC. Dr. Mitchell will touch on topics such as depression, anxiety, and behavioral norms for teens and pre-teens and what we can do as adults to support them. There will also be time for a Q & A session.
