We invite all Piedmont Deanery personnel who have already attended a Safe Environment Training class: Would you like to be trained to facilitate these sessions that help adults gain the capacity to recognize and report child abuse and neglect? Dr. John Pendergrass, Assistant Superintendent of Catholic Schools, Diocese of Raleigh, will be conducting the training. Please call or register to secure a place for training.

Holy Family Parish in Hillsborough will host a training in recognizing and reporting child abuse and neglect. This is the safe environment training that is required for all clergy, employees and those in leadership positions with children and youth. This session is for either initial safe environment training or for those needing the 5-year renewal. To register, please call Linda LaClair, S.E. Coordinator, at telephone 919-267-9707 or email: lllaclair51@gmail.com.
