Online: Dr. Matthew Halbach, author and catechetical expert shares why evangelizing is integral to catechesis, practical ideas on accompaniment as a process within catechetical ministry and how mercy is at the core the character in bringing hearts to Christ.

Bishop Luis Zarama will celebrate Mass and install Father Peter Devereux, LC as the pastor of Saint Joseph Parish in Raleigh.
Bishop Luis Zarama will celebrate Mass and install Father Michael Burbeck as the pastor of Saint Michael the Archangel Parish in Cary.
Bishop Luis Zarama will be celebrating Mass and installing Father Robert Staley as the new pastor of Saint Matthew Parish in Durham. The Mass will begin at 10:00am.
On Saturday, October 10th, The Office of Evangelization and Discipleship and the Collaborative on Special Needs and Disabilities are presenting a Special Needs Workshop for clergy, parish catechetical leaders, youth ministers, catechists, special needs ministry volunteers and parents.
Come to learn how to assist special needs students in encountering and growing closer to Christ with creative lesson adaptations.
This day is for all who minister with special needs children and will begin at 9:00 am and conclude by noon.
