Our Kateri Circle meetings are a great opportunity to join in prayer and fellowship with Native Catholics, and provide a space to learn about Native American spirituality and the culture of our indigenous tribes.

St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Southern Pines invites you to join us for an Evening of Mercy with Bishop Luis Zarama on Sunday, April 7, at 7 p.m. That evening, we will recite the Divine Mercy Chaplet, and Bishop Zarama will give a reflection on God’s Mercy. The church is located at 160 E. Vermont Ave., Southern Pines, NC 28387. All are welcome. Refreshments to follow. As you prepare for this event, we suggest you pray the nine-day Divine Mercy Novena beginning Good Friday and concluding on April 6.
The Office of Evangelization and Discipleship is excited to invite all New Leaders in faith formation roles in the Diocese of Raleigh. Join us at the Catholic Center on 10/30/24 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm in Conference Room 1A for a day which includes time for meeting others in similar roles and tools to help you as you begin your new role! Lunch will be provided.

Los invitamos a la Misa de la Herencia Hispana, presidida por nuestro señor obispo Luis Rafael Zarama, el sábado 12 de octubre del 2024 en la Catedral Santo Nombre de Jesús, 715 Nazareth St, Raleigh, NC 27606. Comenzaremos con la Santa Misa a las 11:00 a.m., seguida por la celebración con comida y bailes culturales en el nuevo centro parroquial de la Catedral. ¡Los esperamos!

Parishes in the Diocese of Raleigh reach out to migrant farmworkers who work in the fields to help produce our food. Each year, the Office of Evangelization and Discipleship organizes the "Encuentro Católico de Campesinos" (Catholic Gathering of Migrant Workers). Services such as haircuts, medical check-ups, Mass with the Bishop, games and prizes are offered.
The diocese conducts a collection of personal hygiene products (donated by parishioners), which is given to the migrant workers during the event,
