The History Archive Ministry docents will conduct guided tours of our church after every Mass the weekend of August 3-4, 2019, the 198th anniversary weekend of the establishing of St. Patrick parish and church. The tour will cover the history and the religious and spiritual symbolism of our church building. Some of the oldest Catholic artifacts in NC are on display and date to the early 1800s when our parish was established. To take the tour, please join us for Saturday 5 p.m. Mass, Sunday 8 a.m., 10 a.m., or 12:30 p.m.
Faith & Fertility: Made in the Image and Likeness of God will take place Saturday, September 21, from 12:30-4:50pm at St Peter Catholic Church in Greenville.
Program includes reflection on the insights of Pope St John Paul II's "Theology of the Body" and discussion on being made in the image of likeness of God and the gift of sexuality. A medical professional will also present an introduction to the different methods of Natural Family Planning (Fertility Awareness).
Cost is $10 a person or $15 for a couple.
