Hello and welcome to all homeschool families in and around the Fayetteville Deanery! We will be hosting a meetup for homeschool families Friday, September 12th at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Parish. We will begin at 9:30 with a fun activity about the Archangels Michael, Gabriel and Raphael, in honor of their September Feast Day. At 11:00 we will join members of our senior citizens in the naive for the Rosary followed by Mass at 11:30 a.m. Then there will be a picnic style lunch with Father Edisson, where we do ask each family to bring a packed lunch.

Pilgrimage of Hope for Creation offered to the Diocese of Raleigh: As Catholics, we are celebrating a Jubilee year and the 800th anniversary of St. Francis of Assisi's Canticle of the Creatures. This is a sacred opportunity to pray for the grace to encounter Christ in Creation and renew our relationships with God, the Earth, and one another. Join fellow Catholics for a 'Pilgrimage of Hope for Creation – with optional Jubilee plenary indulgence.'

San Isidro Catholic Church in Fayetteville will host a training in recognizing and reporting child abuse and neglect. This is the safe environment training that is required for all clergy, employees and those in leadership positions with children and youth. This session is for either initial safe environment training or for those who prefer renewal via a live session. To register, contact Taylor Ayes, faith.formation@siccfnc.org, 910-849-4586.
