The Office of Child and Youth Protection will host a training in recognizing and reporting child abuse and neglect. This is the safe environment training that is required for all clergy, employees and those in leadership positions with children and youth. This session is for either initial safe environment training or for those needing the 5-year renewal.

The Search Retreat is an instrument through which the Holy Spirit encounters young people through the works, actions, and lives of the Young Church (their peers). High School youth grades 10 through 12 can attend a Search Retreat weekend.

Due to COVID-19, our spring retreat has been cancel. Our Fall retreat will be October 29, 30 and 31 of 2021.

This meeting is for the leadership committee members for safe environment teams in the Catholic Diocese of Raleigh. This is one of three meetings, and leadership team members are asked to attend ONE of the three meetings. The agenda includes updates on local and national efforts regarding the Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People (USCCB, 2002 and revisions).
