The St. Therese Catholic Church Pro-Life Apostolate will be presenting a talk by Sister Deidre Byrne, POSC. Sister Dede is a Roman Catholic religious sister, missionary, surgeon, and retired U.S. Army Colonel. She will be speaking at St. Therese Catholic Church in Wrightsville Beach, beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2025. The event is free and open to the public, and light refreshments will be served after her talk. No registration is necessary. The book on her life, "Sister, Soldier, Surgeon," will be available for purchase by the author, Dr. Leisa Carzon.

Come together at Saint Raphael the Archangel Parish to experience Christ’s love for us through the Living Stations of the Cross on Friday, April 18 at 2:00 pm. This powerful and interactive portrayal of Jesus’ passion and death presented by the Hispanic Theater Group will help us all reflect on our own faith journey and bring us closer to Him. While the dialog will primarily be in Spanish, everyone will be able to understand and will be moved by this dramatic presentation, regardless of the language you speak. English translations will also be provided.
