Wilmington's eyes are smiling. Irish ones, too, of course! The St. Patrick's Day Parade & Festival, which has been occurring for more than two decades, was back in March for the first time since 2019. Meet local Catholics Joe Newcomb, Bob Clune and Connor Barth, who each played a special role in the March 11 event in downtown Wilmington.
