The diocesan department of Youth Ministry exists to support youth ministry leader(s) with the resources, training, support, collaboration, and communication needed to create and sustain strong ministry to middle and high school youth at the parish level. Project Youth Ministry - Thrive
Our diocese is a partner with Project Youth Ministry to provide ministry leaders with a professional online support system of Catholic leaders from around the world. Using the Thrive Online Community, parish youth leaders have 24/7 access to digital resources, training materials, live broadcasts, and collective wisdom.
Formation & Certification
We encourage youth leaders to pursue Youth Ministry Certification. The diocese partners with the Catechetical Institute of Franciscan University and other institutions to offer certification.
