Creating an Evangelization Pastoral Plan – Using the USCCB document, Go and Make Disciples discover what is working for evangelization and what are the next steps to take, one at a time in creating an evangelizing church with missionary disciples. 

Living as Missionary Disciples – Using this USCCB document, gather leaders of ministries, activities and groups in a parish community to reflect on the four elements of a missionary disciple and discuss the six dimensions of developing a pastoral plan and how they can be utilized in every aspect of church life. 

Forming Intentional Disciples – Using the book by Sherry Weddell, understand the thresholds of conversion and use these principles to analyze a parish community’s present activities to determine what is effective and what might be absent in efforts used to create an evangelizing church with missionary disciples. 

RELIT – a philosophical training to create a culture of evangelization within your parish in order to discover opportunities for evangelization

Be My Witness – a two phase process, first a pastoral planning process for creating a vibrant parish cultures for making missionary disciples, second to form small groups for developing the attitudes and behaviors for missionary disciples.
