- Chatham County: Second Bloom* - Person-centered support and resources for survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault
- Granville County: Families Living Violence Free* - crisis counseling, shelter placement, court advocacy, community education programs
- Raleigh Area
- Called to Peace* - Faith-based, 3 local support groups, advocacy, peer counseling, and access to limited free therapy with LMFT interns
- InterACT* - peer support groups, friends and family counseling, sexual violence support groups, children's services
- Kiran - serves and empowers South Asian victims of domestic violence originating from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, Pakistan, & Sri Lanka
- Fayetteville Area
- Cumberland, Hope, Robeson, and all surrounding counties: CARES Center* - Offers domestic violence services to victims, children, and the abusers. Services include crisis intervention, a 24-hour crisis line, legal information, case management, counseling, parenting workshop, women’s and children’s support groups, and temporary shelter for victims
- Robeson: Southeastern Family Violence Center* - crisis line, court advocacy, 8 week class/support group for women and men (fees involved), educational programs
- Cape Fear Area
- Brunswick and surrounding counties: Hope Harbor* - support services, children's programs, counseling, housing, legal and financial services, court advocate, emergency services
- Bladen and Columbus counties: Families First* - offers 24-hour crisis response services to people experiencing domestic violence or sexual assault; offers confidential counseling, support groups, and court advocacy/accompaniment
- Newton Grove Area
- Wayne and all of NC*: crisis support, court advocacy, DV support groups, and other programs
- New Bern Area
- Craven, Jones, and Pamlico: Coastal Women’s Shelter* - crisis support, court advocacy, support groups for women and children; Children's programs include crisis counseling, trauma screenings and safety planning for youth, depending on age and developmental levels
- Onslow and surrounding counties: Onslow Women’s Shelter* - crisis line, counseling, emergency shelter with support groups, court advocacy, support for men
- Beaufort: Ruth’s House* - helpline, emergency shelter, counseling, court advocacy, and community education programs
- Albemarle Area
- Pasquotank, Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Perquimans, and Gates: Albemarle Hopeline* - Crisis line, shelter, counseling, and court advocacy; provides comprehensive direct and preventive services to victims of family violence, sexual assault, and teen dating violence; weekly support groups and children's programs for shelter clients
- Elizabeth City: Kid’s First - in home counseling, victim advocacy, therapy, forensic interviews, medical evaluations
- Halifax and Northampton: Hannah’s Place* - crisis counseling, support groups, court advocacy, emergency shelter
- Edgecombe and Nash: My Sister’s House* - offers a 24-hour crisis line for victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault; also offers counseling and support groups, referrals, help with legal services
