Hours per week: Full-Time 40 Hours.

Position Summary: The Director of Admissions/Registrar is a full-time, 12-month position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school’s admissions process, from inquiry and application through enrollment, and is the primary administrator of the Student Information System (SIS). 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the admissions process from first inquiry through enrollment, with timely personal follow up and clear next steps.
  • Coordinate tours, student visits, open houses, applications, interviews/admissions steps, decisions, enrollment, and appropriate re-enrollment support.
  • Communicate Saint Catherine of Siena Catholic School’s mission clearly and authentically to prospective families.
  • Maintain the online Student Information System (SIS) and physical files as the authoritative record for students, families and staff to include student reporting, report cards and attendance records.
  • Assist in building and managing the master calendar, class schedules, and classroom and parish spaces.
  • Provide concise and accurate reporting.
  • Provide administrative assistance in the front office.
  • Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls professionally.
  • Perform clerical duties including correspondence, document preparation, filing, photocopying, data entry, and mailing.

  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to identify needs and solve problems proactively.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, welcoming, and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and database management.
  • Sound judgement and discretion with families and confidential information.
  • Some evening and weekend work is expected for school and community events.
  • Employment is contingent upon the applicant successfully passing criminal background and reference checks.
  • Must complete diocese-sponsored Safe Environment Training upon hire.

Position Start Date: October 2026

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
