CARY, N.C. — St. Michael the Archangel Parish in Cary will host the bilingual “Miracles of the Eucharist” exhibit Sept. 18-20, inviting visitors to explore accounts of Eucharistic miracles from around the world and deepen their understanding of the Catholic Church’s teaching on the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist.
Inspired by the work of St. Carlo Acutis, the international exhibit presents stories of Eucharistic miracles from more than 20 countries. Displays, available in English and Spanish, highlight events that have drawn both devotional interest and scientific scrutiny. Featured presentations include the Eucharistic miracles of Sokółka, Poland, and Buenos Aires, Argentina, as well as information about the life and witness of St. Carlo Acutis, who used technology to document and share accounts of Eucharistic miracles with a global audience.
Organizers say the family-friendly exhibit is intended to help visitors reflect more deeply on the mystery of the Eucharist and the Church’s belief that Jesus Christ is truly present, Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity, in the Blessed Sacrament.
The exhibit will be open at the St. Michael Parish Center, 800 High House Road, on Sept. 18 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sept. 19 from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Sept. 20 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free.
