Position Summary:
Assist the pastor in coordinating the sacramental life of the parish and assist the parish staff the functions of the parish office.
Key responsibilities:
- Keep Marriage Files.
- Keep and coordinate Baptism.
- Coordinate liturgical functions.
- Operate the reception area.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of a High School diploma.
- 2 or more years of related work experience in a Parish Office preferable.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Employment is contingent upon applicant satisfactorily passing criminal background and reference checks.
- Must complete diocese-sponsored Safe Environment Training.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understand Google Suite.
- Have a basic understanding of Church Sacramental Life.
- Understand and ability to use social media.
