  • Communicating with parents/guardians of students throughout the year
  • Designing and implementing summer faith formation programs (e.g., Vacation Bible School) at the elementary level
  • Designing and implementing relational ministry programs at the middle- and high-school levels
  • Scheduling and implementing community service projects, both recurring and individual, to lead students into a deeper life of faith
  • Collaborating with the Pastor and other parish staff to integrate the faith formation program into all facets of our parish life

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts degree in theology, evangelization, communications, or related field.
  • At least three years of classroom experience in Catholic elementary/teen faith formation programming.
  • Practicing Roman Catholic, faithful to the Magisterium, who maintains a vibrant personal spiritual life.
  • Fluency in either English or Spanish, functional proficiency in the other language.

  • Employment is contingent upon satisfactorily passing criminal background and reference checks.
  • Must complete diocese-sponsored Safe Environment Training within 30 days of hire.
