• Shows clear signs of being a committed Catholic and follower of Jesus (has gone through the states of conversion personally.) 
• Can authentically and faithfully transmit the kerygma as part of one’s lived experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Contemplative & Prayerful
• Understands the value of silence in conversation
• Spiritual gifts may include encouragement, faith, knowledge, discernment of spirits, prayer, healing, mercy, evangelism, prophecy, helps, encouragement, wisdom
