Reverend Cong Le, Parochial Vicar at the Basilica Shrine of Saint Mary Parish in Wilmington, is granted a leave of absence for personal reasons.

Reverend Carlos Arce, returning from a leave of absence, is appointed Parochial Vicar at Saint Paul Parish in New Bern.
