Spiritual gifts may include teaching, knowledge, wisdom, pastoring, faith, leadership
Is a compelling and interesting public speaker
Is competent in the area of formation that is being given evidenced by experience, education, etc.
Is willing to commit to faithful transmission of the teachings of the Catholic Church without reservations
