Characteristic of entry-point leaders

  • Shows clear signs of being a committed Catholic and follower of Jesus (has gone through the stages of conversion personally)
  • Can authentically and faithfully transmit the kerygma as part of one’s lived experience
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Understands the role of love, mercy, healing and joy as a part of their ministry
  • Spiritual gifts may include service, helps, faith, prayer, encouragement, wisdom
  • Is prayerful before speaking or acting
