Safe Environment Training
Come to Holy Cross Parish in Durham to complete your training in recognizing and reporting child abuse and neglect. The session will take place Saturday morning, June 22, 9:30 am until 11:30 am. This is the safe environment training that is required for all clergy, employees and those in leadership positions with children and youth. Parents are welcome to attend! Please call the parish, 919-957-2900, to register and for directions to the scheduled meeting room. The session will help equip adults with skills to recognize and report child maltreatment. This is part of becoming a LEVEL C Leaders for ministry with children and teens. This training is for adults. Members of area churches and civic groups are welcome to attend.
