You may have heard about them from Abiding Together, Hallow, EWTN, the National Catholic Register and other Catholic online platforms. Reform in Community is a 12-week program that guides men and women ages 16+ to reform their lives with Christ at the Center. Reform teaches best practices for physical and spiritual well-being based on 9 pillars: Nutrition, Sleep, Stress Management, Play, Functional Movement, Personal Growth, Space, Community, and Faith. Come join us as we explore health redefined as the state of the body and soul together. Class begins with optional personal prayer from 6:30-7, online course, group discussion 7-8pm. 15 spots are available. Everyone can benefit- religious, health professionals, lay people, anyone!!
