Add to Calendar 2026-02-21 08:00:00 2026-02-21 08:00:00 Move Your Body, Feed Your Soul Join Lily of the Valley (LOTV) Ministry on February 21 for a morning of prayer, movement, and fellowship at St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church in Raleigh. We will begin with 8:00 a.m. Mass in the Our Lady of the Americas Chapel (5801 Falls of Neuse Rd, Raleigh, NC 27609), home to the first- and second-class relics of St. Gianna Beretta Molla. All are welcome to arrive early or stay after for veneration of the relics. Conservative workout attire is appropriate for this Mass. At 8:45 a.m., we will gather in the Lewis Room for a SoulCore Rosary, a prayer experience that nourishes body and soul through Scripture, the Rosary, and gentle, modifiable movement. Please bring an exercise mat. Participants are encouraged to fast for one hour before Mass, uniting body and soul in prayer. We will conclude by breaking the fast together with brunch at 9:30 a.m. *Any and all are welcome to participate in support of our mission.
