Marian Icon Prayer Service and Advent Parish Mission
St. Brendan the Navigator's (Shallotte) Knights of Columbus Council #9039 (Our Lady of the Rosary) and Father Mark Betti will host a Marian Icon prayer service and Advent Parish Mission on Wednesday, December 4, after the 9 a.m. Mass, and again at 7 p.m. Father Betti will lead the mission with a reflection about praying with icons in the Catholic Church. On Thursday, Dec. 5, there will be a Holy Hour with the icon at 10:00 a.m., followed by a communal penance service at 11 a.m. For more info, contact Ed Beckley, ejbeckleyjr@yahoo.com.
