Guided Tours for the 198th Anniversary of the First Catholic Church in NC
The History Archive Ministry docents will conduct guided tours of our church after every Mass the weekend of August 3-4, 2019, the 198th anniversary weekend of the establishing of St. Patrick parish and church. The tour will cover the history and the religious and spiritual symbolism of our church building. Some of the oldest Catholic artifacts in NC are on display and date to the early 1800s when our parish was established. To take the tour, please join us for Saturday 5 p.m. Mass, Sunday 8 a.m., 10 a.m., or 12:30 p.m. and meet the docent under the bell in the gathering space after Mass. Free to the public!
