Position Summary:
This is a bilingual position responsible for coordinating marriage preparation and paperwork, assisting the funeral care team with oversight of the columbarium and niche sales. Additionally, the position will provide support to the Adult Ministry Director for Spanish-language programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with couples preparing for marriage
- Connect families requesting funeral arrangements with the funeral care team
- Maintain the Columbarium, including sale of niches
- Assist with Spanish-language adult ministry programming
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- 2 – 3 years of work experience related to computer entry, customer service, ministry work
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must be detail oriented
- Employment is contingent upon applicant satisfactorily passing criminal background and reference checks
- Must complete diocese-sponsored Safe Environment Training after hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College Degree, any major
