Position Summary:

Assist the pastor in coordinating the sacramental life of the parish and assist the parish staff the functions of the parish office. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Keep Marriage Files.
  • Keep and coordinate Baptism.
  • Coordinate liturgical functions.
  • Operate the reception area.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of a High School diploma.
  • 2 or more years of related work experience in a Parish Office preferable. 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Employment is contingent upon applicant satisfactorily passing criminal background and reference checks.
  • Must complete diocese-sponsored Safe Environment Training.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understand Google Suite.
  • Have a basic understanding of Church Sacramental Life.
  • Understand and ability to use social media.
