Hours Per Week:  15-20 (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage content, layout and printing of weekly parish bulletin.
  • Maintain sacramental records for the parish.
  • Provide general administrative support to the parish to include filing, ordering supplies, screening mail and responding to phone calls.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three years prior administrative support experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Satisfactory completion of criminal background and reference checks.
  • Must complete Diocese-sponsored Safe Environment Training within 60 days of hire.
