The Franciscan School is seeking a faith-filled and visionary principal who will continue to strengthen our Catholic identity, foster academic excellence, cultivate faculty leadership, and guide our growing school community into its next chapter.
The Franciscan School is a Catholic school serving grades K-8 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Minimum Requirements:
- Active, fully initiated, practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
- Commitment to collaborative ministry and Catholic education.
- Possess a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, Leadership, or a related field.
- Possess or be eligible for North Carolina administrator licensure.
- Have a minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience; Catholic school leadership experience preferred.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.
- Exhibit proficiency with educational technology and strategic planning.
- Successfully complete all required background checks and Diocese-sponsored Safe Environment Training prior to employment.
