Hours Per Week:  40 (Full-time)

Key responsibilities / day-to-day job functions:

  • First contact for the parish, including direct contact, phone and e-mail.
  • Maintenance of all calendars; and  
  • Training and supervision for reception volunteers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Employment is contingent upon applicant satisfactorily passing criminal background and reference checks.
  • Must complete diocese-sponsored Safe Environment Training within 60 days of hire.
  • Minimum level of Education: High School Graduate/GED
  • Minimum amount of Work Experience:
    • Years of related work experience: 2 years 
    • Area of related work experience: office administration, data entry, phone bank

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Supervises: Volunteer reception positions

Position Start Date: Immediate
