Hours Per Week: 24-32 (Part- to Full-time)
Key responsibilities / day-to-day job functions:
- Financial record keeping and reporting
- Payroll and human resource management
- Office management and administrative support
- Employment is contingent upon applicant satisfactorily passing criminal background and reference checks.
- Must complete diocese-sponsored Safe Environment Training within 60 days of hire.
- Minimum level of Education: some college.
- Minimum amount of Work Experience
- Years of related work experience 3-5 years
- Area of related work experience: finance, management, human resources.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Bilingual a plus.
