Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect content (photos, videos, and descriptions) throughout the school day
  • Organize photos and videos, uploading them to shared albums specific to each classroom or event via Google Photos
  • Capture photos and videos throughout the school day and edit them to share on our Facebook page
  • Maintain the Facebook page’s comments and reviews as well as our overall on-line presence
  • Interact with and engage with current parents in person at events and on-line
  • Provide tours to and communicate with prospective parents
  • Organize events to invite prospective families to (for example, a story time or other free class)
  • Write news stories to submit to local news and relevant magazines
  • Design a weekly bulletin highlighting ongoing Preschool activities for the church
  • Investigate ads and other ways to promote the Preschool to the surrounding community

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or another related field
  • Previous experience preferred, but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Experience with Facebook, Facebook Ads, Google Photos, iMovie, and Canva/Photoshop
  • Willingness to collaborate with staff of the preschool, parish, and K-8 school
  • Outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with families
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish

Founded in 1979, St. Raphael Preschool offers a high quality, faith based education to approximately 160 children ages 2-5.  We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and creative person to serve as our Marketing & Enrollment Coordinator.
