Key responsibilities / day-to-day job functions

  • Accounting – processes all income/expense actions and ensures proper processes and principals, maintains records for same in proper style and form
  • Payroll administration and Benefit management for staff
  • Updates and maintains all records of financial, scholarship, tuition and fees
  • Single Point of contact for school, preschool, aftercare, cafeteria, PSO, and programs

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum level of Education:  Associates, Bachelor Preferred
  • Minimum amount of Work Experience
    • Years of related work experience  3 +
    • Area of related work experience:  2-4+
  • Employment is contingent upon applicant satisfactorily passing criminal background and reference checks
  • Completing Safe Environment Training within 60 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Administration or Management
  • Prior experience in School Financial business, and Diocese Accounting software
