St. Ann Catholic Church seeks a Communications Coordinator to assist the parish with all forms of communications efforts.

Primary Duties

  • Coordinate with volunteers and ministries in the following areas
    • the uploading videos, photos and information to social media
    • the announcements and flyers for publication in all social media formats
    • the live-streaming of Mass and certain parish events
    • the Reception Ministry
    • the Increased Offertory Program of the parish
  • Coordinate office IT needs including security system, church and parish A/V systems
  • Update and maintain the parish database (ACS) of registered parishioners & Our Sunday Visitor Vendor
  • Produce reports from database as required
  • Coordinate and produce the parish bulletin for weekend masses
  • Update & maintain the St. Ann Church website

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • English/Spanish bilingual with excellent writing skills and grammatical knowledge
  • Strong computer knowledge.  Proficient with MS Word & MS PowerPoint
  • Active Catholic in good standing with the church
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Mon-Thurs 8:30-5:00, Weekend/evening hours TBD
  • Employment is contingent on passing a criminal background check and reference check
  • All employees must complete Safe Environment Training within 60 days of hire


  • Associate degree
  • Job experience dealing with people in a parish environment
  • Experience in database management
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel
