Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the school’s Frontline database platform, ensuring data integrity and functionality
  • Generate and run queries, custom reports, and dashboards
  • Create and implement standard operating procedures for the growth and organization of the database
  • Add new and existing users to the Frontline Platform
  • Set up and maintain user accounts in Identity Management System for MFA and SSO access to Frontline Education Portal
  • Evaluate roles-based permissions and maintain database security through MFA and SSO in Identity Management System
  • Identify and resolve database issues related to performance and capacity
  • Troubleshoot complex data issues in an accurate and timely manner
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity
  • Provide basic technical guidance and training to staff as it pertains to the Frontline platform
  • Work through an incident management system for user or data requests
  • Escalate and submit incidents that require Frontline education support that is outside your scope of work
  • Perform all adds, deletes, and changes to the data as requested by the Office of Education
  • Light UI/UX customization and implementation
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2+ years of database platform management experience
  • Previous experience with a relational database is required; experience with Frontline database platform management is a plus
  • Experience in operations, maintenance, and support, preferably with data platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Trainable in account identity management in Microsoft Azure
  • Flexibility, ability to prioritize amongst competing deadlines
