Full Time

40 hours a week/5 days a week

Key responsibilities / day-to-day job functions

  • Works with the Business Office staff to coordinate tasks related to student billing, including preparing reports, statements, and letters
  • Maintains spreadsheets with updated data
  • Prepares rosters for 9 schools
  • Office administrative duties as necessary

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum level of Education: College degree in business or related field
  • Minimum amount of Work Experience
    • Years of related work experience: 3-5 years experience
    • Area of related work experience: business or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business and customer service experience needed
  • Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel and able to master the software used for student accounts and billing
  • Excellent telephone manner and professional demeanor
  • Possess the ability to interact with families as well as school personnel
  • Must be detail oriented, highly organized, able to multi-task, and accurate in all tasks
